Speed & Agility – Kids & Teens

At Just Train, our Speed & Agility sessions are designed to help young athletes move better, run faster, and build confidence in their sport.

Whether your child plays rugby, soccer, netball, AFL, OzTag, or simply wants to improve overall athletic performance — this program builds the foundations that every athlete needs.

What We Focus On

Sprint technique & acceleration

  • Footwork & coordination

  • Strength & power development

  • Injury prevention fundamentals

  • Confidence & discipline

We teach proper mechanics from the ground up — helping athletes not only improve performance, but move safely and efficiently.

  • Ages 8–12 (Kids Group)

  • Ages 13+ (Teens Group)

  • All sporting backgrounds welcome

  • Suitable for beginners through to representative-level athletes

Sessions are capped to ensure individual attention and quality coaching.
