Growing up with a passion for sports developed from a young age, I always saw my future working within the fitness/sports industry.

In high school, I was chosen to represent my state in Rugby 7's for NSW and coached children in this sport. After high school, I Studied Personal Training and Fitness at TAFE and gained several sports coaching certificates, including my Rugby coaching certificates.

In 2018 I began coaching young adolescents as a full-time job in a variety of sports such as speed and agility. And I have also had the opportunity to work with the Manly Sea Eagles Women's Development.

I truly enjoy being surrounded by fitness and sports, seeing clients having fun, and developing an interest and passion for fitness. From the start, I believed that if people enjoy what they do, they will inherently learn along the way, hence this being the brand Just Train.

I know how much enjoyment teens and adults can get from physical activity, so through my exposure to fitness and the enjoyment I get from teaching others, it was natural for me to become involved in a career where I can coach small groups, fitness and speed and agility.

I still enjoy coaching and try to get around to the venues as often as possible in between working on the business behind the scenes. I coach throughout the week at some parks and can usually be found at Cromer or Dee Why running bootcamps, Speed & Agility for kids and Personal Training.

I'm very proud of how far the business has come, starting up quickly and during COVID-19 2020.

My Focus is to help individuals achieve their Health, Fitness, and Weight Loss Goals by providing a structured weekly training service or through Personal Training.

I have ventured into different sports throughout my sports career. New Zealand representative for Touch Football, 7’s Rugby and Rugby League for the Cook Islands. Top 5 in Australian Champs at INBA & ANB Body Building Federations.

I have had some fantastic coaches educating me on Diet & Nutrition and sports teams. As well as fellow friends with detailed knowledge in the fitness industry I have incorporated this knowledge into our “Just Train” sessions and overall structure.
