Our private sports team sessions are designed for teams who want to move better, get fitter and build confidence together. Sessions can include speed and agility, sprint technique, change of direction, strength, conditioning, injury-prevention basics and team-based challenges.

These sessions are great for rugby league, rugby union, soccer, netball, touch, OzTag, AFL and other field or court sports. We tailor the session to suit the age, sport, fitness level and goals of the group.

Held at Just Train in Cromer, our team sessions are perfect for pre-season training, in-season development, team bonding or extra performance work.
