Teen Speed, Agility & Strength (Ages 12–14)
For 2 weeks only, Just Train is running a small-group program designed to build real strength, better movement, and total athletic confidence.
With 6–8 teens max, each athlete gets personalised coaching focused on:
Improving strength safely
Faster reaction time
Better balance, coordination & technique
Boosting overall sports performance
Thursdays – Limited spots available.
